“The 25 percent challenge” assignment that challenges you to shorten your text by 25 percent. Choose a good sample of your draft, a couple of paragraphs of probably 200-300 words (half a page double-spaced), and find ways to edit out 25 percent of it. Turn in both your original and edited version with word counts.
For this assignment, write 1 draft about 2 paragraphs and then for the 2nd, edit that same document with 25% less.
1st document should be 200-300 words, second doc, 25% less of content of same 1st document
Topic of your choice.
