Gang behaviour is common in today?s urban setting. Too often media accounts of gang shootings and retaliations have spread fear among citizens. Students are to write a paper on the nature of gangs affecting the Greater Toronto Area. The paper should provide a definition for a gang, the reasons why youth gravitate to this behaviour, the effect on victims and suggest possible solutions to control gang activity for the community
