You will be writing a paper assessing a client holistically. You may use the same person you interviewed for your Health History or someone else you choose ( again, use initials not full name). You will then address all the areas noted on the rubric for your client…developmental, spiritual, etc…use the rubric as your guide as to what questions you should ask the client. I do not require a certain number of pages but it must be written in APA format.
