This week you will begin to develop your final project. For Milestone One you will research HRIS applications and address 5 different types. Conduct your research using your textbook and resources from library databases (such as Business Source Complete, Business via ProQuest, and eBooks via EBSCO), and from credible webpages. HRIS applications are listed in the readings.
Write a 4-5 page paper (not including cover and reference pages), explaining each of the 5 applications, including:
- Functions that the HRIS type of application provides
- Benefits of implementing the HRIS application
- How the application supports day-to-day HR responsibilities
