B. Read the example: Recognizing the Need for Change: Collins Five Stages of Decline” and answer “Your Call”.
C. Read Management in Action at the end of Chapter 10: Hewlett Packard is Counting on Organizational Change to Boost Revenue Growth and answer discussion questions 1-5.
