Nurse Leader Report Part 3: Analyze, Report and Reflect
This week, submit part 3 of your template.
- Using the last part of the template, analyze your experience: Please compose your answers in full sentences, and adhere to the minimum paragraph requirements (see template).
- Explain the competencies important for the role of nurse leader.
- Report on the correlation from the text book theories. Did the nurse leader practice what was outlined in the text? Why or why not?
- Reflect on at least four (4) insights gained from your interview and observation.
- Submit the template with Part 3 completed.
