To: All Employees This is a reminder to all employees here at Elite Expressions Ltd. Effective March 1. The company will change its current sales software to a different software. As you may notice that the current sales software has a few glitches when processing customer’s goods at the checkout counter. We will also be conducting training classes for the use and understanding of this new software. Training classes will begin on Monday February 20 thru 28. Inside the conference room, your instructor will be Mr. Williams from the I.T department. Training will last for two hours each day over the next several days. Since we cannot have a shortage of customer representative on the floor, will conduct training two hours before the start of you shift or after your shift. You will be paid for any overtime, following the overtime guideline. The training time will be as follows: • 7:00 A.M- 9:00 A.M • 5:00 P.M- 7:00 P.M • 7:45 P.M- 9: 45 P.M refer to the HR department to sign up for the time you desire, and please plan your time accordingly.
