Describe the importance of stakeholders, including external and internal stakeholders. Examine the organization where you currently work and identify the stakeholders. In your opinion, do you feel these stakeholders are supportive or threatening to your organization? Identify the source of power for each group of stakeholders. Which groups have authority?
