Question:
Businesses can typically segment (divide up) their customers 4 ways: geographic, demographic, psychographic and behavioral. As a marketer, what segmentation method(s) would you suggest for a small business that sells gourmet (specialty) chocolates? Why did you choose this method (or methods)?

Question:
You learned about what it’s like to do marketing plans and marketing in the ‘real world’ from a Guest Speaker in our Week 8 class. What did you find the most helpful or interesting from what the Guest Speaker shared with the class? How does this relate to a concept, tool, or idea you read about in your first 7 weeks of this course (cite and reference a quote from your text)?
