Hidden, set the color to cyan, set the linetype to hidden
Section, set the color to magenta, set the linetype to phantom
Vport, set the color to 9, turn off plotting
You will create a dimension style and name it your initials. You will set:
Extend beyond dim lines to .09
Linear dimensions precision to 3
Suppress leading zeros for linear dimensions
Text height to .15
Arrow size to .15
Center marks to none
