The paper will encompass facts, details, experiences, etc. related to First Aid/CPR/AED. There is a minimum of 2 pages with at least 3 references, APA style, typed, and double-spaced. You will research the effectiveness, frequency, and any other pertinent information related to emergency responder given care. In other words, you will write about the role and care given by a non-medical/emergency responder and why that care is critical until EMS or other medical personnel arrive. Is there an increase in survival rates? Does the victim experience less damage? Are there people that have been recognized from saving a victim’s life by providing emergency care prior to EMS arrival? Please think critically for this paper and evaluate your role as a pending certified American Red Cross responder to an emergency.
