Trends in Risk Management
The shortage of talent. Our organizations are experiencing critical skill and talent shortages. Necessary skill sets become difficult to find and costly. ERM incorporates this issue as talent risk. As an ERM manager, what would you do to put effective risk mitigation plans in place for talent risk?
Assignment requirements:
- Create a new thread – no more than 400 words, be clear and concise!
