Write an essay (no more than 2000 words) setting out multidisciplinary approaches, and findings from research using these approaches, to studying causes of individual differences in a particular phenotype (1. General Cognitive disorder 2. Anxiety disorder 3. Autism Spectrum Disorder). Make sure to cover at least three different research approaches in your essay (e.g. molecular genetic studies, twin studies, global mental health studies, gender difference studies, etc). Explain in your essay how each methodological approach is informative about the causes of your chosen phenotype, and discuss examples of concrete study findings for each approach described.
