Stress is a part of life—it drives us to succeed.  However, stress (when unmanaged) can also cripple us.  A new trend that, not only is sweeping the nation, but also the world, is the practice of mindfulness.  Mindfulness is based on Eastern Cultural life-style practices and medicine.  Please read more about mindfulness in the articles below.

What are some benefits?  Where is it being used?  Do you believe mindfulness is beneficial at managing stress?  Why or why not?
