Each student will interview an early childhood teacher and analyze the interview content in terms of the teacher’s philosophy of guidance and classroom management. This assignment will support students in developing their own philosophy of guidance and classroom management. Students will apply this interview content to any one early childhood theory they choose. The write-up will include student analysis of the interview, and application to a theory. This should be 500 words minimum in length. You will need a cover page, main body, and reference page. You must use in-text citations to clearly link your ideas with the reference cited.
