I don’t know how to handle this Management question and need guidance.

Consider the behaviors and qualities you appreciate or dislike in those who lead or follow you. What can you learn from their strengths and weaknesses that you can apply as a leader-follower? What conclusions can you draw about being an effective leader or follower?
