Develop the sections with a Capstone project perspective and the provided Capstone Project Template as your guide. Organizational Problem that will be focused on is effective training and development programs, how do organizations provide adequate training for job growth and career branding. Additionally, how does this impact the organization long term and how can organizations provide equitable training and development opportunities for employees.
