My philosophy of nursing is to treat someone the way I would want to be treated, showing love and compassion to all. I believe each patient should be treated as an individual because when I look at them I can just imagine the positions they once held in life. I also believe its vital to address the physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of the patient and to incorporate their culture, families and belief system in their health.
