For Part 3 of your Diet Project, you will evaluate your carbohydrate and fat consumption. Follow the instructions, complete the tables in the following document.
You need to submit the following TWO files to the link above:
- A copy of your “All Daily Reports” from Part 2 of your Diet Project in Unit 3 (pdf file). Be sure to check your grading and comments to make sure that you do not need to redo the analysis using McGraw’s NutritionCalc Plus diet analysis program (10 pts)
- Your completed tables in the Diet Project Part 3 of 5 (90 pts)
