Post an example of how the healthcare culture either helped or hampered practitioners seeking to be safe. Describe the team culture and hierarchy within your organization or one you experienced. Review the organizations Mission, Vision, and Values statements: does it speak to quality and a culture of safety? What are your reactions to that? Finally, find out if your organization is measuring culture of safety and if so, how they act upon those results.
