Signature Assignment – Informational Interview Outline
Students enrolled in this class are required to interview a professional in the field of public health. The interview may be in person, over the phone, or via e-mail. An outline is required prior to writing a 2 page summary of the information gathered. Please follow alphanumeric outline format and complete one sentence for each outline criteria.
The outline format must follow these characteristics, in this order:
Roman Numerals
Capitalized Letters
Arabic Numerals
Lowercase Letters
If the outline needs to subdivide beyond these divisions, use Arabic numerals inside parentheses and then lowercase letters inside parentheses.
