I’m stuck on a Business question and need an explanation.
In Part 3 of SBL we will focus on the followers’ four basic needs: Trust, Compassion, Stability and Hope.
TLC Chapter 2 discusses how a leader “clarifies their values” and Chapters 10 and 11 discuss the importance of how leaders “encourage the heart”.
Please think about one of these movies or speeches and how the leaders/coaches filled the needs listed above, clarified values, and encouraged the heart of their players (followers). Please support your opinion with information from the textbooks.
