Draft an intellectual property strategy plan for your business venture. An IP strategy plan is a roadmap for developing and obtaining protection for the IP needed to achieve your business objectives. Your IP strategy plan should be 3 pages or less, and should include the following: 1) an identification of the IP assets you need for your business; 2) Explain how each IP asset will add value to your business; and 3) Outline the processes for developing, obtaining and protecting the IP. For example, if your IP strategy plan includes the use of trade secrets, you should discuss the processes you will put in place to maintain secrecy of your confidential trade secret information. If you decide that one of the forms of IP discuss in the course is not relevant to your business, please clearly state why in your analysis.
