I’m working on a Psychology question and need guidance to help me study.
Journal: During the semester you will read the book: In Our Lives First by Diane M. Langberg. This book was specifically chosen for this class, because you can choose as a new spiritual practice to use these meditations daily. However, this book is based on Christianity, and I am not trying to force values on you, so you have the option of the other journal book,The Gifts of Imperfection by Brene’ Brown. This book also uses meditation, but is not necessarily Christian based. You will submit a summary of each chapter in a journal on Blackboard. The journal is located under tools, then journal. You are not required to use this as your new spiritual practice, but you can if you would like.
Journal should consist of a summary of each chapter from the book you decided to read.
Must be in APA format.
Assignment is due June 21st.
